Who we are

Tyler Cluff has spent 6 years in heating, cooling, and general property maintenance, most of it in Washington County. That work covered new installations, emergency repairs on failing equipment, and years of maintenance calls on rental properties — the kind of experience that teaches you which shortcuts create callbacks.

The company exists because Southern Utah homeowners and rental owners kept describing the same frustration: contractors who did not answer the phone, quoted vaguely, or handed off half a job to another trade. So the business was built the other way around. Scheduled arrival windows. Written quotes before work. Photo documentation. Invoices an owner can read without a follow-up call.

Licensed, verifiable, and accountable

We hold an active Utah Division of Professional Licensing contractor license — number 14264796-S350, license type S350 HVAC Qualifier — with no disciplinary actions on record. You can verify it directly through the state's licensee lookup system. That license is why mechanical work stays in-house rather than being subcontracted out.

How we approach the work

Diagnostics come from measurements: static pressure, temperature split, refrigerant charge, combustion readings. We show you those numbers and explain what they mean, then price the options — including the option not to replace equipment that still has life in it. If a repair is borderline, you get both quotes and make the call.

We also deliberately built the service list wide. A plumbing leak usually means drywall work. An HVAC replacement often means electrical and condensate details plus patching afterward. Handling all of it under one license means fewer scheduling gaps for you and no finger-pointing between trades.

We work daily across La Verkin, Hurricane, Toquerville, Virgin, and Springdale, and regularly in St. George, Washington, and Ivins.
